Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Human Passion LLC, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, dissatisfaction with fit, or failure to review product details prior to purchase.


By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed and understood:

 

  • The product description

  • Processing and shipping timelines

  • Sizing information and fit guidance

  • Our Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and this Refund & Return Policy

 

 

Product Information & Sizing Responsibility

We provide ample and accurate information for every product offered on our website. This includes:

 

  • Detailed product descriptions

  • Accurate size charts

  • Photo references for sizing, fit, and silhouette

 


It is the customer’s responsibility to review all provided information before placing an order. Failure to do so does not qualify an order for a refund or return.

Accepted Returns (Limited Circumstances Only)

Returns will only be accepted if:

 

  1. The item is defective, or

  2. We made an error on our end (such as sending the incorrect item or size)

 


If your order qualifies under one of these conditions, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or error

 

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these requirements.

Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

 

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Be returned using the instructions provided by Human Passion LLC

 


Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds for Approved Returns

If a return is approved due to defect or fulfillment error, we will, at our discretion:

 

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

 


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or for reasons outside the terms of this policy, constitutes a violation of our store policies. Any dispute filed for an order that complies with our published policies and shows confirmed delivery will be contested.


Abuse of the chargeback process may result in:

 

  • Permanent account termination

  • Loss of purchasing privileges

  • A ban from future purchases with Human Passion LLC
